Course Overview
The Game Development for Kids Certificate Program is an exciting, project-based learning experience designed to introduce children and teenagers to the creative world of Game Design, Programming, Animation, and Interactive Media. The program empowers young learners to transform their ideas into fun, interactive games while developing essential coding, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Through engaging lessons, hands-on projects, and game development challenges, students will learn how to design game characters, create animations, develop game logic, build interactive environments, and publish their own games using beginner- and professional-level development platforms. Participants will explore industry-relevant technologies such as Scratch, Unity, C#, Blender, and basic game physics, while gaining exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts in game development.
The curriculum is available in Basic (Ages 8–12) and Advanced (Ages 13–17) levels, providing age-appropriate instruction that inspires creativity, innovation, teamwork, and computational thinking in a fun and supportive learning environment.
